Waist: Waist circumference is the circumference of your body measured at the hollowest point of your abdomen. This area is usually located just above or below the belly button: stand up straight and wrap the tape around your abdomen at the hollowest point after exhaling normally.

Hip measurement: Stand up straight and place the tape measure around the widest part of your hips (usually around your buttocks).

Inseam Height: The inseam length is the length of the leg. Stand and, if possible, have someone help you to take the measurement from the top of your inner thigh to the floor along your leg.
