What is Fusalp's policy regarding repairs?

Fusalp makes every effort to offer a repair solution to its customers when a product is damaged. A repair workshop exists within our Fusalp premises in Annecy, in which a team trained and familiar with the products for years works on these subjects. Damaged products are therefore supervised by this team in order to offer a repair as far as possible.

Fusalp has also worked on qualifying many partner workshops for years at the local level in order to offer repair solutions as close as possible to our stores, with environmental concerns as well as saving time for our customers.
