Head circumference: Using a tape measure, measure your head circumference approximately 1cm above your eyebrows and ears. The tape measure should be neither too loose nor too tight.

Hand Size: Place a tape measure loosely around your hand at the knuckles of your palm and then make a fist to take the measurement. Measure on your “direction hand” (right for right-handed people and left for left-handed people).

Foot measurement: Place a sheet of paper on the floor flat against a wall. Stand barefoot and place your foot on the sheet with your heel against the wall. Using a pencil, draw a line in front of your big toe or your longest toe. Measure in cm the distance between the line you have drawn and the end of your sheet. Round the measurement up to the nearest millimeter.
