What happens if you are not there when your order is delivered?

If you were absent when your package was delivered, a delivery notice from the carrier will be left in your mailbox specifying the day and time of delivery as well as the address where you can collect your package. You will need to go to the address indicated with the delivery notice and your identity document.

The carrier may also decide to redeliver. In this case, you will be notified by email of the redelivery.
