Are Fusalp products guaranteed?

With over 70 years of expertise, Fusalp offers clothing and accessories created to offer excellence in terms of manufacturing and technicality, functionality and pleasure of wearing. We call upon the best experts in the profession to design and model the pieces in our collections. We select our partner workshops with the greatest rigor and bring to the choice of our materials a high level of requirement as to their intrinsic technical characteristics and their hand that we want to be rich. Finally, we carry out reinforced quality controls internally as well as at our partners.

Despite this very particular attention paid to the different stages of the manufacture of our products, problems may arise during the life of the product. This is why we guarantee our products against any defect in materials or manufacturing for a period of 2 years, from the date of purchase by the consumer.

Furthermore, since January 1, 2021, the brand has been offering a 5-year warranty extension on a selection of products purchased after this date ( list available here ).

Under these 2-year and 5-year guarantees, Créations Fusalp SA is required to repair the defective product, or to exchange it, or to issue a credit note corresponding to the purchase amount.

Damage resulting from normal wear and tear of the product, negligence, accident, failure to follow maintenance instructions, abusive or objectively unsuitable use of the product are excluded from the Fusalp warranty. Also excluded from the warranty are items whose interior labels have been removed, parts of the items that have been modified or altered by a third party, and second-choice items sold in outlets (specific mention indicated on the receipt).
